1. Can You Share About Your Prior Experience before becoming a Franchise Partner of Talent Corner? What Made you take a Decision to Become an Entrepreneur?
Ans: I am a B.E. Production by qualification and having an experience into core mechanical profession for 10 yrs. In my initial phase of my career I was growing up very fast, by 2015 I was heading for the entire Purchase Department in my employment, but at last I could see that the potential I was having could not be utilized the way I was willing to. Hence so I had started to look out for opportunity.

Associating with Talent Corner and after the initial discussion it gave me the correct direction to put it my efforts and track the carrier growth I was willing.

2. Not having any experience in Recruitment has its advantages & disadvantages, kindly share your thought? How did Talent Corner Help you build the business?
Ans: As I had started working it took me 3-4 months to understand the entire process

Advantages
a. Low investment as compared to other industry.
b. Anyone who has a learning attitude can be an expert within 6 months.
c. ROI can be achieved very fast.
d. The initial phase where we need to understand the right process required to get the desired output is critical. With the initial training sessions and a continues coordination with the team has helped to keep it in right track.
e. Once you start working with a client it becomes very easy to close position after few months as you know which competitor companies to target and which kind of profile will be best for the client. In terms this will increase your efficiency.

Disadvantages
There are some problems to be faced in every industry
a. Initially using the portals to its optimum will take some time, with the help of talent corner team it was a smooth way out.
b. Shorted listed candidate will not turn up or not join, but this is the nature of business which made me understand there will be some failure which me need to consider.

3. If there were 3 things you felt you did right as Recruitment Entrepreneur what are they?
a. Before starting the work, First step to have a client interaction to understand what the client is expecting. Also looking into clients website and understanding the competitor’s has helped me a lot to identify the right candidate.
b. Once you are aware about the right data, putting these key words will get the right candidate, reaching out to this candidate very important as there is competition to us as well. I use all method’s to reach out i.e Posting jobs, mass mailing, Tele calling.
Once reached to the right candidates I have always tried to shortlist 5-7 candidate with in 24 hrs after receiving the requirement. This givens a very good chance to close the profile and also it shows the client we are very accurate and fast to work.
c . It is always important to build relationship with the clients on personal level, but in the process I understood its very much important to build relationship with candidate as well.

4. Tell us about your Growth Plans & how do you see your career Progression.
Ans: Till date I was working individually, but with the great exposure and experience I have got from the entire team I have planned out to work with a team and take it ahead. As Talent corner has already grown to be a successful brand In the market, I have the belief the entire team can help to build a big and successful franchise.

Ans: As a new comer I had no exposure or experience to this industry, but throughout my last 3 yrs it has been a great experience to get right clients to work with, right support from the team and also the right plan to grow my business time to time.

Ans: According to me, I still have a lot to do to balance my work. But thanks to talent corner who has always been supportive and nothing is so secretive in what I do. It is just that I show full dedication when I work and never let anything disturb me when I sit in front of my laptop.

Work-life balance doesn’t come easy. It takes a lot to maintain it. I agree I am a workaholic but having said that I love spending time with my family, which has always been a priority. I have been able to balance because of the endless support I receive from my friends and family. It wasn’t easy earlier but slowly and steadily it’s got me here.

3. Tell us something about the challenges to faced & what Solutions did you find?
Ans. It is true saying that every day is a challenging day.

Being in HR means dealing a lot with people on a daily basis. I interact with people with varied skill sets, from being a fresher to being a CEO. I need to understand the requirement of my client and understand the requirement of my candidate. It so happens that sometimes they match which is perfect but sometimes they don’t hence we all go through a lot of negotiations and that’s quite challenging but yes we do end up meeting in the middle and find a solution that suits us all.

As mentioned above every day is a challenging day, but if you think positive and be prepared then every day is a new and brilliant day.

4. What Advice do you have for Women, who want to Start their own business in the Recruitment Industry?
Ans: My advice to anyone with an idea for a start-up would be to go ahead and start it. The more research you do upfront as to how much work is involved and how much you need to learn could easily put you off. I had no idea when I first started Thing and I’m glad I didn’t! It’s much easier to tackle new tasks once you’ve already got things going.

Ans: To be honest, I deeply associate my personal growth with Talent Corner.
