- The Report Shows a 22% Increase Of New Jobs in March 2016 as Compared to March 2015. At Talent Corner we Found a 36% Increase in the Number of Mandates as Compared to March 2015. This is a Great Sign as Usually Mandates Slow Down in the Month of March.
- We Experienced Similar Increasing Trends with Lots of New Clients Coming in from Hyderabad & New Delhi. As compared to Last year we Saw a 100% Increase in the Number of Mandates from Both these Cities. Apart from Pune & Bangalore saw some Good Growth for Talent Corner.
- We Definitely got a Lot More Business From the IT & BFSI Industry. This is Very Much Concurs with the Report. Apart from this we have seen Some Excellent Work come from the Logistics & FMCG Industry.
- Without Any Doubt there has been a Spike of Mid –Level Recruitment. Number of Mandates allocated & Completed by us saw a Massive jump of 35% but what was more heartening was the Closures at Senior Level Which jumped by more than50%.
