Our Client – A Singapore Based Civil Engineering Company mandated us with a Senior Civil Engineer -Team leader Profile. The Profile involved Site Visits Across India.
Our Senior Headhunter – Ms. Vijita Nigam assisted our client with this Critical & Urgent Profile.
The First challenge was to find profiles with 15+ Years of experience in both Residential and Commercial Construction. Usually, a candidate either has experience in commercial or residential. A Strong Experience in Both was the challenge.
Apart from this client also required a candidate with experience on the site of 250 TPD (Tones per day). There are very few sites available in India which deal with such TPD.
There were 3 levels of filtration done by the client, before the first interview – a time consuming process indeed. After the First Round of Interview, the Second Round was even more challenging. And then there was an on-site practical round to be sure of the candidate’s worth. It was a 2-day on-site interview process for which candidate had to travel to different states at different sites. This brought Lot reluctance in the candidate.
Vijita had to work twice as hard in the coordination process.. She helped the candidate clear out their doubts about the interview process & ensured he was always interested. The client was content by the work of Vijita- How she tackled the profiles for such an urgent and senior requirement.
It is not easy to coordinate and convince a Senior Candidate & Multinational Client. But Vijita Managed this to Perfection..
