After closing a mandate in the past, a renowned pharmaceutical manufacturer and exporter from Mumbai, once again approached us with an exciting new opportunity.
However, unlike last time, this new opportunity came with its own set of challenges. Not only did the client expect us to close the position within a week but also expected the candidate to join on an immediate basis.
It was a herculean task as finding a suitable candidate with the right experience in a week was nearly impossible. But then we had Mugdha from our team who said it’s not impossible. The management knew that she had proved her potential by closing a mandate earlier with the same client. And she was drawing her confidence from that.
Mugdha shared three candidate profiles and all three were shortlisted by the client. And guess what, the selected candidate agreed to join within the week itself. With this the client was once again extremely happy with our service and Mugdha proved herself yet again with this closure.
While the mandate was closed successfully, Mugdha continued with the due diligence of calling the candidate to know his feedback regarding the whole process. This is a practice that we like to do after every closure as it gives us an insight to help improve our services. The candidate was more than satisfied with the job. He was so glad with this opportunity that even after 6 months, he called Mugdha to let her know about his increment just after 6 months of joining.
