Being able to serve our clients remotely has been one of our strengths. Much like the IT industry. So when an IT company based out of Chennai called us, we were all ready to get it done. Technology firms are also one of our favourites to work and our appetite to serve the IT industry is rapidly increasing too.
This assignment was managed by our team lead, Rosy, based out of Bhubaneshwar. The Client asked us to identify candidates for multiple vacant positions simultaneously: Automation Test Engineer, Infra Support Executive .Net Developer, and .Net Lead Developer. Rosy was quick to gather insights on the client’s needs and also mapped out the challenges. The biggest challenge was that the final decision would be taken in consultation with the teams based in the US – their global head office!
To ensure that everyone was on the same page, Rosy involved client’s USA and Indian teams at every stage. She took feedback from both client offices and handled all challenges that came along.
The biggest hurdle was the interview timings: 9 pm. Candidates were not happy with it. Rosy communicated the concern to the client and managed to reschedule it to 8 pm. Each candidate was informed that there will be 3 more rounds of interview if they get shortlisted after the first round. Rosy proactively reached out to the shortlisted candidates and ensured they stay motivated all through the process.
Rosy showed get resilience and closed all positions fifteen days prior to the agreed upon deadline. Needless to say, the client and candidates were impressed by Rosy and how she handled the assignment. As per our standard protocol, Rosy also made follow up calls with the client and candidates after few weeks to improve the next closures. With committed team members like Rosy, Talent Corner continues to grow and shine not only in India but also across the borders too.
