Located in Nashik, a leading company in controls and process automation systems approached us to help them identify a suitable candidate for the position of General Manager Finance.
Our team member, Vayunandan grabbed the opportunity with both hands. He sifted through numerous candidates’ profiles and even created a pool of shortlisted candidates who met all their requirements. But like all good stories, this one too had a twist.

The client was convinced and offered the candidate the position of Group General Manager and the mandate was closed within 45 days.
